Watching @WonderboyMMA ‘s kickboxing is truly a pleasure. #ufc
— Cody Stamann (@CodyStamann) December 20, 2020
When @WonderboyMMA in his groove, I’m not sure there’s a better striker in the game. His footwork, angles, counters, stance switches etc are so much to deal with. A lot of great fighters out there but very few if any can do what Stephen does.
— Kenny Florian (@kennyflorian) December 20, 2020
Thompson’s right hand is money very precise and of course grateful work FUN TO WATCH. @ufc
— Manny Gamburyan (@MannyGamburyan) December 20, 2020
Wonderboy is so damn good!! That was crazy impressive how he landed so many different techniques and did it all from both stances!! Spins from both sides, blitzes, side kicks! So many techniques from both sides!!

Wonderboy is efficient & tough to hit ! #UFCVegas17
— Derek Brunson (@DerekBrunson) December 20, 2020
A lot of of other fighters would’ve checked out mentally due to the skills of Thompson, Geoff Neal isn’t one of those guys. Fantastic main event tonight. And WB is highly skilled but as we have seen many times before, he’s tough as all get-out as well.
— Kenny Florian (@kennyflorian) December 20, 2020
Congrats @WonderboyMMA outstanding performance, 50:45 @ufc #UFCVegas17 #teamKarate
— GIGA CHIKADZE (@giga_chikadze) December 20, 2020

Wonderboy is a gangster!! Bit down on his gum shield and went to war when called upon due to his injured leg. . Massive respect #UFCVegas17
— JIMI MANUWA (@POSTERBOYJM) December 20, 2020
Thompson, on a compromised leg when his whole style depends on movement, is still throwing with bad intentions. Offense as defense, brilliant! #UFCVegas17
— Michael Chandler (@MikeChandlerMMA) December 20, 2020
Wonderboy gets better as the fight gets more competitive. Neal is gonna be even sharper after this fight. Great fight to close out the year #UFCVegas17
