Top 15 Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Alonzo Menifield defended his spot in the rankings at UFC Seattle last night (Sat., Feb. 22, 2025) when he defeated UFC newcomer Julius Walker via split decision from inside Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Wash.
The pair of Light Heavyweights won ‘Fight of the Night’ and nabbed an extra $50k.
After the fight, UFC CEO Dana White shared a picture on his Instagram of Menifield’s foot, and it turns out that at some point during the scrap, “Atomic” shredded his toe.

It’s not known when Menifield (16-5-1) mangled his toe, but since he was put against the fence during the fight, it would be easy to assume that is when the injury occurred.
The 37-year-old wasn’t sent to the hospital and was stitched up at the arena.
“Atomic” snapped his two-fight losing streak, which included two brutal knockouts, and kept his top 15 spot.
