ST. LOUIS – Rising middleweight contender Tim Kennedy, who hasn’t fought since a pair of Strikeforce victories in mid-2009, returns June 16 at “Strikeforce: Los Angeles.”
Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker on Saturday alerted MMAjunkie.com of the booking, though no opponent has been set.
The event takes place June 16 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles in conjunction with the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). It’s not known if Kennedy will be part of the night’s Showtime-televised main card.
