SYDNEY – Canadian light heavyweight Nick Penner didn’t take the short road to the UFC.
In fact, he doesn’t take the short road to anything.
“I’m all over the place,” Penner admitted to MMAjunkie.com. “I’m still at Cardinal Sports Gym. I go to Shar’s
place, SVPT, for my strength and conditioning. Then I have to go to
Frank Lee’s for my kickboxing. If I want to go use a cage and stuff,
I’ve got to go all the way out to St. Albert to do cagework there.”
